StudyinEU
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the personal information StudyinEU uses to provide its platform and advisory services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and profile details, contact information, study plans, service correspondence, and application documents you choose to upload.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts and tools, provide requested guidance, review documents, process service requests, prevent misuse, and respond to support questions.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. StudyinEU does not store full payment-card details. We use service providers only where needed to run the platform, communicate with users, and deliver purchased services.
Cookies and marketing measurement
Essential cookies support site, account, session, and security functions. Meta Pixel is used for advertising measurement only after you consent to non-essential cookies. You can change that choice through the Cookie settings control.
Advertising
When advertising is enabled and you consent to non-essential cookies, StudyinEU uses Google AdSense to show ads on some pages. Google and its partners may set advertising cookies or identifiers and process your IP address to deliver and measure ads, and may serve personalized or non-personalized advertising depending on your choices. This involves sharing limited data with Google as an independent advertising provider. You can withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie settings control. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Recruitment applications
If you apply for a role with StudyinEU, we process your application responses, contact details and any public profile links you provide solely for recruitment purposes. Applications are collected using Google Forms; Google processes form submissions in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. To request access to or deletion of your application, email studyineuonline@gmail.com. We retain application responses for up to six months after a role closes, unless you are hired or you ask us to delete them earlier.
