These roles build a talent pool for StudyinEU. We accept applications on a rolling basis and open project-based opportunities as roles and projects come up, rather than advertising a fixed number of vacancies. Applying puts you in our pool; we reach out when a matching project opens.

How applying works

  3. Open the application page for the application form and your applicant free-access link.
  4. Try Smart Matcher, programme search, or another StudyinEU Plus tool so you can evaluate what you would be promoting.
  5. Complete the application form.

What successful hires receive

Successful hires join a paid remote contractor pool. Approved work is paid hourly at the agreed project rate, typically US$25-US$75 per hour depending on the task, role, complexity, deliverables, and performance criteria confirmed before work begins. Successful hires also receive continued free access to StudyinEU tools, free one-to-one advisor guidance where personally eligible, scholarship-application preparation, and document-submission support. We do not promise selection, scholarships, visas, a fixed volume of work, guaranteed total earnings, or employment outcomes.
